I’m wondering if the percentages correlate to education levels. I wonder how many MLBers and NHLers are drafted right out of HS, and never go to college and are less educated, as opposed to WNBAers, NFLers and NBAers who generally go to college first and then on to the pros? 🤔

The Daily Herald, a suburban Chicago paper is about as bad. Their headline was “The East Room is Gone”.
Passive voice. Like what? It just got up and left?
Should have been “DJT tore down the East Wing without input from historians or conservationists.”

I think it could be the abortion issue. I know a woman from Mexico who is evangelical and very anti-abortion. She would be unlikely to vote for a Democrat if the candidate supported abortion.

Easy for a young white male marksman to shoot, dissemble rifle, put it in a backpack & mix in with fleeing students. University is 12 min from Provo Airport = easy departure. Lots of retail around airport including a Walmart with frequent garbage pickups to ditch the backpack in a dumpster.

How have we American citizens ever allowed our presidency to be a part time job/side gig? DJT “works” harder managing his golf clubs than he does at anything except using his big black Sharpie to performatively sign various pieces of paper in the Oval Office. 🤬

Firemen don’t buy their own fire hoses to use at work; policemen don’t buy pads of tickets to place on windshields; nurses don’t buy their own bandages or thermometers or blood pressure cuffs. Why are teachers made to pay out of pocket for school supplies?

Wrong, Dan Meuser. You fundamentally don’t understand one of the roles of Congress. It is not to rubber stamp; it is to check and balance the other branches of government including the executive branch.
