UN Investigative Mechanism Leader Affirms Ongoing Cooperation with ICC on Min Aung Hlaing and Military Leadership Case.

Nicholas Koumjian, head of the (IIMM), reaffirmed ongoing cooperation with the ICC, stressing the principle that no one is above the law.

The junta stated on Wednesday that it has "never acknowledged" the International Criminal Court’s remarks, following the ICC chief prosecutor's request for judges to issue an arrest warrant for junta leader Min Aung Hlaing, accusing him of crimes against humanity against the Rohingya.
