Interesting thoughts, but how do you perceive reproduction will happen? If you remove the body and exist only as a brain in a jar, you need a way to create offsprings. And I'm Very unsure whether you would want to "produce" humans like in Huxleys Brave new world

But I would still be cautious about the existance of a capability cap. It could well be that model performance scales much more with data quality and quantity and there is a already close sealing on high quality data usage

Das ist doch ein starker Unterschied in der Ideologie von anderen, klassischen "islamistischen" oder "dschihadistischen" Gruppierungen. Dort geht es eher darum andere (zum Beispiel Frauen, andere Relegionen) zu unterdrücken oder auszulöschen

Das frage ich mich auch, allerdings bin ich mir nicht sicher ob der Ausdruck Dschihadisten eine gute Beschreibung ist. Von den wenigen Interviews die ich gesehen habe scheint es so als würden die Rebellen durchaus vernünftige Ideen haben - Freiheit für alle Ethnizitäten und starke Institutionen

I would disagree. Pandoc can convert it, Libre office can read and write it and both are open source, so the code is there

But I would hope that it's easier to decrypt docx than translating an forgotten language. Also that open source tools can work with that format gives me hope for the future generations ;)

I think that's it would be very valuable for human society to have a more local sozial network that relates more to the real, physical space around people. It would hinder the fast spread of misinformation and reduce the extend of content bubbles, however this will be hard to achieve currently

Any reason to not go for the classic Ubuntu? I found it sometimes a bit unstable, but really easy to setup and use
