Great idea! Give each person, say, $5k-10k a year to spend on whatever healthcare they need, and let them keep whatever left over as a "MAHA" bonus.
Now, if there was just a way to mitigate the risk that an unforeseen illness or injury required someone to spend more than $5k-10k a year. 🤔 (Sarcasm)

Between "negative equity" auto loans and student debt payments, it's no wonder many young people feel they are unable to marry and/or have children, and are unable to qualify for a home mortgage of any duration (30, 40, 50 years?) due to excessive debt-to-income ratios.

On another Earth somewhere in the many-worlds multiverse, on 11/16/22, (the day after Trump announced he would run again in '24) Joe Biden held a press conference and reiterated his 2020 pledge to be a one-term, transition president.

When Meta, Amazon, Google, etc., for whatever reason, decide to stop paying rent on data centers, they will become the world's largest collection of air conditioned server and computer equipment museums. Because the half-life of that stuff is about three weeks.

Trump and the Repubs WANT family farms to fail in order to allow Big Farming to buy land at pennies on the $ and let Wall Street start financial engineering the crap out of it, you know - just like subprime mtgs in 2008.

Completely agree that Repubs would burn the economy and the country to the ground to rule over the ashes, and tell their loyal MAGA constituents it was for their own good and to own the libs.
But if it ends with capitulation by Dems, it begs the question as to whether it was pointless on day one.
