Important work on the use of solar microgrids to power AI data centers…today. Our ability to rapidly build out co-located off grid power to meet surging AI demand is going to be critical to meeting this load demand and not impose these costs onto rate payers.

With the Court overturning Chevron, State policy for the advancement and build out of clean power will be more important than ever. At the Federal level Congress will need to write legislation that is more detailed, clear and designed to cover future scenarios.
