Honestly the ivermectin eaters are the most winnable group on universal healthcare. Easily influenced, distrust the current power structures of healthcare, willing to do something unorthodox for their health. They may be stupid but that's ok. So long as they can be won over to do the right thing.

Maga is full of racists that also have economic anxiety and grudges against health insurance. A significant portion would vote for it if the messaging is done right. Doesn't matter if it also gives healthcare to the gays the trans and the minorities, they'd vote for it. That's how we win.

A democratic party that actually promises to improve people's material conditions would win in a clean sweep. I despise all the human filth that votes Republican but a large percentage would hold their nose and vote in their material interests if convicted.

The worst part is that Biden can't even be blamed for the shitty economy he presided over. Given all the tools allowed by neoliberalism the admin did a decent job of managing inflation and the recession. But no, the liberals insist that the economy is great and how dare we suggest otherwise.
