Hey @legaleagle.tv! I had a hypothetical legal question for a story I'm writing: if a lawyer discovers that the person they represent is on psychiatric medicine, are they compelled to reveal it to the other party? Would it matter if it was a criminal or civil trial?

The problem with the usage of "Arguably" is that most people use it either to say something so conventional that it's hardly an argument or so outrageous that they may as well omit the suffix "-ably".
