I also don't recommend using PLA for actual head bases. PLA WILL deform in a hot car.

I printed my first base out of 98A TPU with a 3d gyroid infill with no shell our to our bottom layers, this makes a head base stiff enough to hold its shape but still has give so it feels like a very stiff foam. I printed the ears out of a softer TPU so they have more squish and flop.

This makes me jealous, I need a bike for zoomies again.
