In person? Take up a hobby/sport that involves other people. If you can't meet people at school/work then you have to put yourself in a space where other people are.

That way I can keep track of how much uninterrupted time i can do in one sitting, than try to beat that time, similar to my gym PRs (Personal Records.)

There a certain things I've wanted to do, but havent been able to find to focus like i have with the gym. (Writing, Drawing, Reading, Blender projects).

My idea is to do a "Brain day" and rotate what i do on that day(between the above choices) like a wheel.

Or artists, writers, hobbyists, performers, etc.
