I’ve lived with chronic pain my whole life since I was born with RA, EDS and HM. Any chronic pain gets worse with the cold weather, so I recommend getting yourself some heat patches “stickers” that you place where the pain is most prominent. Not a cure, but it helps a little 🫶🏻
