Took a breather and regrouped by hitting the road and camping overnight. Penrose point Park was spectacular and camped at Manchester State Park. So few people and the blue sky were so refreshing

We went to Mashiko sushi on Friday night with a couple of friends and had the fancy Omakasi. 10 courses of the most amazing dishes we had ever had. It was absolute heaven. Highlights were Tuna tartar that we ate on top of tempura lotus root and uni served on in-house made tofu. #sushi #mashiko #tofu
