I really liked this video! It's tough to present our community with things like categories that can potentially feel divisive, but I think this is generally important to better understand the type(s) of experiences different games can provide.

I like the idea of adding a shield to the other side of this thing to make it a dual purpose device, both defense and offense that's light enough to walk around with.

If you haven't checked it out already, Acquisitions Incorporated does a similar thing and has some systems for handling people's "positions" within a franchise. It's a lot of fun.

I'm not sure how many others feel like me, but honestly I am a long time introvert and getting involved by posting publicly can be intimidating, the watching and listening hell yes I do a lot of that.
I should try to celebrate people more though.

Thanks. My system uses a rolling mechanic that I've been referring to as "roll high explode under."
When you roll a skill, the value of that skill tells you how the dice can explode.
If I have 2 points in a skill and I roll a 1, I get to re-roll my die once, and add the new roll to the total.
