I do appreciate that these cups were made, but the way they’ve handled this situation is really disappointing. I honestly don’t understand how something like this slipped through. If you feel let down by this, I recommend reaching out to customer support!

The first image shows that the cup was supposed to have semi-transparent gray shading on the bird and her hair. Instead, it’s just a solid color! The translucent effect was intended, but it being solid gray wasn't! customer support told me that’s just how the manufacturer printed it.
