i love that kind of creation info, it's like looking at the bones of a series. that's what made the pokemon leaks fascinating. i wish there was more of that, including sketches. that's my favorite thing about design/art books. persona art books do a decent job of including that kind of material

i think it's fascinating, based on UO's background, that alain x scarlett is the game's canon ship when gilbert was originally designed to be the main character and very likely that virginia was created alongside him.
