Just a layman here, but I was wondering, is it really expensive to publish a game? If a developer made a great game and made a lot of money of it, would it be easy for developer to publish their own game say on steam to save money? Or do developers need the money from publishers to make their game?

Toxic and infect are pretty nice…but do you know about the real eccentric play of “wither” ?!
