Is there so many holidays that we could justify an official 4 day work week? Make holidays symbolic and commit to some consistency.

Yes, the show gave me the interest level to get going in the book since it starts slow. But the show does not do justice to the story. Fun watch though, I'll watch it again after reading.

I'd agree with most of you if you were saying "this does not reflect my observations of the present" . If you dig deep and access long term memory, you might find it in yourself to see the truth in this post 10-20 years ago and empathize with how they were seduced into hateful way they now express.

Seems to me more of a story of how people like the town of Hyndman became the way they are over the course of decades. Y'all are responding to it in terms of how you see those communities now and are forgetting people don't change with the flip of the switch.

When people say "destroyed trillions of dollars of value" what do they mean? Does that mean it went poof or that savvier people sold en masse and are buying right now?
