Anyway, you'd have to somehow know which login.gov account is hosting the website, somehow bypass all of the security checks, and from there somehow not get caught vandalizing it. Which btw is a FEDERAL CRIME. IF YOU HACK THE GOVERNMENT YOU WILL GO TO FEDERAL PRISON.

Someone would have to somehow get access to the government's website hosting service, which 1.) is a federal crime and 2.) a federal crime against the government and you don't want to catch uncle sam with his pants down.
