Enjoyed it more the second time. I assembled it on the counter instead of the floor so I could sit/stand. It’s like a fun annoying puzzle. Can’t get too on the groove though that’s where you make mistakes! Fixable thankfully

Financially responsible Lego sets are nowhere near as fun as the real ones. Lego has better quality control than IKEA and I don’t have to sit on the ground to do it. But I made a thing!

Ok, it’s held together with fabric tape, hot glue, and a prayer. Never look at the back. But from the front it looks great!

I’m wayyy too tired to figure out frame logistics right now but this is the vision. The problem is there’s really no space to get the cross stitch in there even without the glass. I gotta figure out how to mount it. Some sort of thin board? Hot glue and hope? This is why I don’t ever frame anything

I also have to concede I can’t stitch while watching tv anymore. It goes so much faster without it. Plus I got about 3 hours into a good audio book. So my book count will go up!

Let’s not talk about how I apparently can’t count and had to rip parts out a few times. But filling in will theoretically be a lot easier! So many going over 3 or 4. Oof

The black is finally finished!
Though I forgot I hadn’t quite finished, started the new color, and had to go back. Oops. It’s so much easier stitching with 2 threads instead of 3! The rest of it will hopefully progress faster
