First hard frost mixing with the autumn colours. Beautiful, crisp start to the day.

All done with the saplings/root shoots. Not fun cutting but fun throwing it all into the wood chipper - a great spur of the moment purchase last summer!

2 big brush piles left, which I'll burn in a few weeks, hopefully with some Northern Lights action running at the same time 🤓🤓

Started clearing up all the root saplings from where the forest around us was cleared for firewood by the previous owners. Using long handle secateurs because chainsaw or brush cutter is an accident waiting to happen. I'll chip most of this wood fairly soon.

Doesn't get much fresher. 5 minutes out of the ground.

Always strange to think that this was just a few months ago. Me and Big Ulf doing some weekend work with the snow.

Slowly getting there with the balcony path and stairs. Squeezing in a few hours whenever I can.

Repairing things that like to get hit by truck drivers 🫠🙃
