I’ve knit this three times; it’s such a fun knit. My version has a few mods: I make an icord, then pick up the stitches. I also add a three stitch rolled stockinette edge in the main color.

Finished up this blanket today; I’m so pleased with it. This is the Purl Soho Tonal blanket (knit with modifications). The main color (dark blue) is from Greenletterday and the contrast color speckles are from Spun Right Round, madtosh, Onyx Fiber Arts, NDYarnCo, and Swift Yarns.
