Oh, and if it wasn't obvious I'd be down to be a non-judgmental person in a dungeon/raid. I'm just getting back into FFXIV myself after going on a hiatus after endwalker.

Oh 100%. Healing can be stressful, but you can usually just fall back on keeping bars topped up, following the group, and not standing in fire. Tanking you're assumed to be the defacto leader who knows everything. I've done a few of the trials and alliance raids. They're definitely fun.

I also found tanking incredibly intimidating when I started, but it's my favorite way to play FFXIV now. Most people were pretty understanding when I mentioned it was my first time tanking something.

I lived at Wharfside Pointe in N. Queen Anne/Interbay right at the Ballard Bridge when I first moved up here. My apartment was about 700 sqft if I remember. Might be others a little bigger.

I finally bought some proper gear for the cold and wet Western Washington weather. It's just some Sedici adventure riding top, bottoms and gloves, but holy hell does having the right gear help for colder riding.
