No matter where someone was born, the United States should never tolerate inhumane treatment. My ancestors lived in Wharton, TX as enslaved people I can’t imagine how they felt on June 19th, 1865 when they were finally freed
As black Americans we know we aren’t truly “free” but we def make strawberry soda out of strawberries

1) He’s never been held accountable for his actions. His peers drive him to act in rebellion for this reason.
2) He doesn’t have a deep relationship with his father. Therefore, doesn’t have a role model to know how to act in society, work, treat women, etc.
