I tell my kids that if they're overwhelmed and I see they've been doing their best, then just do what they can, and if their teachers give them trouble, tell them to call me. I'm more than happy to help teach my kids how important it is to defend reasonable boundaries and allow space for self-care.

It’ll be back. I had about 6 months of nothing but crazysauce after starting T, but it eventually balanced out once I figured out the right dose for me, and the creativity returned.
