I'd expect a spike in overdoses, a period of heightened absenteeism, unemployment, and labor instability in many poorer sectors. Give us healthcare, not indiscriminate cash handouts.

The rest of the world has clearly shown that insurance has no business in healthcare.

I was thinking about this tonight. As a kid I was a
drawn to politics, and held high regard for Scandinavian countries. I’m 66, The concept of American Exceptionalism had nothing to do with how these folks evolved, and the concept has turned to dust under this administration. Not great.

I'm just so pissed off about so much it's bleeding into everything, and truth feels so all-important. I remember in 2012 warning FB friends about unsourced text-based images and being ridiculed.

And here we are.

And understand, I'm on your side here... But I can't think of a time in my life, and I'm sixty-six years old, when facts have mattered more and finding them has been more elusive.

For at least 15 years, I have railed against people indiscriminately posting image-based content without providing a source. Just sayin'...
