It's been a while since posting any new art. I've really struggled this year with staying motivated to draw. I was actually finding that I just wasn't enjoying it anymore. Took a couple months to re-orient myself and I'm doing much better, now.

I know I already posted this, but I felt like I "gave up" half way through. The background specifically was missing a lot of details, so I added heavier "inking" to some areas and shaded everything, too. Plus there were a few mistakes that needed to be fixed.

Saw @raccqqn.bsky.social post on Twittwat to redesign these characters. So I did, though I went a little overboard on it.
Maybe a "hot take," but I don't think these designs are all that bad. Just need a better art style. That being said the foxes purple vest thing was dumb so I changed it

I got asked once by a friend how my characters would react to seeing furries in their world. Still not sure about the logistics - not all animals have human level intelligence if that changes things.

I've been busy/ tired the last few weeks and haven't had the time or energy to draw. I still wanted to make one of these, though. I'm hoping to do some more finished pieces this year. I felt like I was struggling with art block/ burnout in the first half of 2024.
