Missed a spot...
I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome this August...very painful lower back pain left me virtually immobile...7 weeks of physio mixed with pain pills and at home exercises and I am back to my active self...when I was laid up, Ziggy would lay beside me and seldom left my side...they just know!
