Also, double doors with that metal separator frame between them. Completely removes the benefit of double doors.

I used to throw mine at an angled little trampoline to catch. You had to throw it hard enough to bounce right back at your chest, so you had to put some oomph into it. You had to do it nonstop for a set amount of time. Very good cardio.

They look sorta like this. They're weighted balls that you can hold when doing stretches, or throw back and forth, etc.

Bouncing a medicine ball off the wall at chest height or floor and back into your hands. Some gyms have an angled trampoline to bounce it off of, etc. The weight of the ball makes you have to work for it. Also, Battle Ropes. Those heavy ropes that you whip up and down along their length.
