as much as I love Apple, I've had mixed results at their stores. I've seen cases where the Apple Geniuses were simply wrong, saying "can't be fixed, buy a new one" or other. Is your iMac that really flat one with a nice pastel color? because, if they say "hard drive", they are ignorant. Kaputt? Hmm.

truer words have never been spoken. #TimeMachine rules. Apple remains the only OS that has a TRULY AWESOME, integrated backup solution. It pains me when I hear an Apple user who's lost data and doesn't know about or use Time Machine.

it's a terrible experience - whether it's a speech, a high school essay, or a creation that pays the bills - but glad you were able to come back stronger. hope the same happens for Emma.
