i'm currently at the part in the story where the two main characters will meet. a vital scene, one that i've been picturing in a dozen different ways even before i started officially outlining the WIP. idk how this meet cute will actually go though. i veered off my chapter outline on day 1 lol

i'm nearly halfway through my modest goal though i'm still in chapter 2, hahah i can't seem to keep my chapters nice and lean. i'm too long winded. which i guess isn't such a bad thing. makes hitting the daily word count much easier

actually started a thread in the other place but i didn't really update it that much so i guess there's no point in copying them here. but basically my goal for this month is to hit 25k on my first draft. a fairly doable goal, i think. i've been able to keep up with it
