Apparenlty Graeme Miller composed, dug out? some music for a live-to-picture performace of Comet in Moominland, would have loved to have seen that. Seems to have disappeared from streaming and the label. Will have to hunt down the vinyl.

It's odd because Warhammers Empire is a 'fantasy' Holy Roman Empire, and Grimmelhausen's Courasche (and Brecht's Mother Courage) is just right there, with enough archetypes to furnish an entire army...

Hyborian Portrait - Valannus the Unspeakable, from Slingshot #42 (1972) by D. Gates - of or named after a R.E.H. character? Unfortunately the SoA Slingshot index PDF doesn't list illustrators, but could be the same hand as the G&P illustration, certainly some Ambrus influence there.

Why, yes, that is a vintage 1st Edition Blood Bowl board. Although Jervis's folk-football focused rewrite of Warhammer, Leesons surprisingly political Grange Hill novels, Bitmap Bros Speedball and ofc Jewisons Rollerball will get added in the next official update!

A portentous return for the lad, with his great ragged horns and clattering chain. Don't think we've seen much of Herne on telly since his Robin of Sherwood / Box of Delights heyday in the mid 80s.
