I’m surprised I’ve not seen more immediate anger and reporting over this, it’s insane. This is an absolute affront to everyone’s basic civil liberties.

Every MP should be grilled on this, this should be a national fucking scandal.

I do NOT CARE if you are uncomfortable being in a bathroom with a trans person. That is YOUR PROBLEM, the trans person is doing *nothing* to you.

Every single news article I see justifying it is always in the context of a trans person just exiting in a space - never them actually doing anything.

I’m sick of the fucking argument that people being ‘uncomfortable’ is justification enough for active and harmful discrimination.

The discomfort is unfounded, and is an issue to be dealt with by the person who is uncomfortable. The EXACT same arguments were made in favour of racial segregation.
