Seriously, the company is going south in a hurry. But maybe if even they can't make money with GenAI, everyone else will give up. Regardless, I'm not buying their movies or books again.

I get how they're supposed to work but I'm always skeptical about the ability to hide who you are online. To each their own though.

Guess I'll have to mark that as something about people I'll never understand. I don't get the appeal of VPN's. Seems like something you'd get more unwanted attention for using.

I think a lot of people would stop using the internet altogether if these protocols went through. The impact on spending would ruin economies in this day and age. But I doubt this has occurred to them.

That would mean almost no chance of movies being in theaters, same for a physical release. Idk, I'm not sure I care one way or the other who gets it. The American animation industry needs to get away from multi-billion dollar corporations at this point. Or at least into the hands of better people.
