I created this BlueSky account for the sole purpose of promoting Zhineng Qigong, or "Qigong for wisdom and ability".

First of all some clarity: The term Qigong consists of two signs: Qi and Gong. The combined term Qigong means something like mastering or cultivating Qi. It is an umbrella term for thousands of different schools all having their own aims and ways.
So to be clear, I practise Zhineng Qigong.
