Academically, sure. In practice, the labels are interchangeable. Some nudists hold "naturist" ideals. Some naturists hold "nudist" ideals. There are more differences between any two people who enjoy nonsexual nudity than there are between nudists as a group and naturists as a group. It's semantics.
