Update on Trumpo the Clown's goal of purchasing jets for DHS: Noem and Lewandowski found 10 discounted jets that Spirit Airlines ended their lease on. None of those jets had engines. The two were cautioned that refurbishing the jets would cost more than just expanding existing flight contracts.

Update on Trumpo the Clown's goal of purchasing jets for DHS: Noem and Lewandowski found 10 discounted jets that Spirit Airlines ended their lease on. None of those jets had engines. The two were cautioned that refurbishing the jets would cost more than just expanding existing flight contracts.
Under orders from Trumpo the Clown, Noem and Lewandowski authorized the purchase of 10 airliners from Spirit Airlines to be used to deport immigrants. Spirit Airlines does not own the planes they fly (they lease from various companies like Boeing).

To add salt to the injury, ICE arrested Des Moines Public Schools Superintendent Ian Roberts declaring him illegal. And so, without legal status, his gun ownership meant piling up more Federal charges for illegally owning weapons. Iowa, are you glad you voted for Trumpo now?
