That is spot-on. Many businesses buy into the hype in this relatively new tech realm, missing the strategic view of why and how the AI should even be used to solve real-world problems, rather than just bolt something into the system to brag about it without real business value.

Interesting! Many people romanticise AI, without realising that it is all built on the same human bias at the end of the day, given how most LLM's were trained.

Indeed, thanks for sharing! It was so easy to go for the very next shiny thing on the market (ChatGPT, DeepSeek..), but we had to be careful where the data goes. And now, Copilot is one of the top go-to tools for our devs, helping automating monotonous changes and do some tasks significantly faster.

It's crucial to bake security into everything the company does! My favourite bit is that every single feature or story we ever build goes through an assessment if a deeper security review is needed, and if so - our in-house security guru's get involved.
