Oh also, I need to ask you - how is this moron weighing you anyway? Is it just a weight scale or a body composition measuring scale? Given the training you're doing, you may run into your body gaining muscle which outweighs fat and can throw off a weigh in. Weight alone is not an appropriate metric

... Honey is a natural sweetener with notable health benefits. Full exclusion and restriction diets are bound to fail, calorie counting (reasonable, healthy type) is the easiest way to make it sustainable. Your coach is a hack, drop him.

Also being down a pound and a half is healthy. 2 is the max you want to be down in a single week or it puts excessive strain on the body. Your coach legit just sounds shitty.

Sounds like a shitty coach tbh. Bodies can be incredibly stubborn and cut is a drastic change. Mine takes about four weeks to adjust so that's a full third of the 12 week cycle. Coaches are supposed to be encouraging, not condescending, especially after the first week.
