From there, you just put localhost in the connection box for your client windows, and it should run just fine.

If all else fails, their servers are reliable, and you can just upload the zip folder there with Start Playing > host a pre-generated game. Then just connect with the server number there.

To run it as localhost if you don't want to upload to the site and have their servers host it (which is reliable), after generating your game, open the zip file in output (any patch files for your games will be here, too) and grab the .archipelago file. You open that to run the server locally.
