it's one of my biggest struggles talking to other people that _work for a public library_

One of the things I think the vibe coding stuff hasn't yet really come to terms with is junior developers and owners often think the key skill for developers is ability to write code, and principal developers know the /actual/ super power that distinguishes principals is their ability to debug.

i mean, if you reserved a specific book in a library and they told you you could pick it up on a specific date, you'd get it when you walked in...

and to underscore it's the right thing to do, reserving the first few parking spots for accessible parking is making things a _lot_ better for a few people, and a _little_ worse for a lot of people (and those of us abled enough could probably use the extra steps)

in _any_ context it is obviously grotesquely misogynistic behavior, including this one...
