Higher education leaders told legislators that each of the Commonwealth’s public schools is complying with a new law eliminating DEI efforts at those schools. However, lawmakers had concerns for some of the schools about whether they were fully in line with the new legislation.

In a competitive global economy, we need the best educated workforce in the world - doctors, nurses, dentists, plumbers, welders, electricians, etc.
Young people should not have to go deeply into debt to get the education they and our nation need.
