Watched this on the airplane and I knew you would hate it. I expected nothing less but this approach from Jason Reitman, who, though not directly, I assume is a bit too close to the subject matter. It's very competently made, fantastic production design.

Eiko parties host spontaneous transformations: on a whim heads are shaved and sleeves are cut off in front of small groups, and after only a minor fanfare, the new form is then integrated casually with the rest, the transformation now barely addressed.
