I've always been conflicted on the idea of pardons, especially for violent offenders. This has occurred across many presidencies, but it does seem that the added component for the pardons since January 20, 2025 is the open financial incentive. It seems clear that much of the public is apathetic.

It's amazing how Trump voters are trying to be all optimistic now. Oh well the pendulum swung too far left, so now it will swing too far right, but eventually we will settle in the middle. They were catastrophizing when Biden was president, but now if the Dems do it, we are overreacting?? Please..
