HELLO EVERYONE IM GETTING MY MUSCLES AND BULK BACK
November 17, 2025 at 4:09 AM
ITS HAPPENING LETS GO ZHANG WEILI
November 16, 2025 at 4:26 AM
5-Zhang Weili shows the world this is what a chinese woman is like. this is what East Asian women do. we aren’t waifus, we r fighters

there is a good chance she might lose tonight but her spirit of fight, her philosophy of introspection, her energy, and her impact makes her a winner regardless
November 16, 2025 at 2:22 AM
4 cont’d-after being acknowledged as the top fighter in UFC women straw weight, Zhang Weili decided she was not satisfied w being best here. she chose to gain weight & challenge herself to a fight w Shevchenko, the flyweight champion with 3” more reach than her

that’s the true spirit of sports
November 16, 2025 at 2:18 AM
no matter who wins tonight both Zhang and Shevchenko are winners tbh, because they rock

4 - Zhang Weili had down periods, she has lost fights, she has lost her belt, but then after much working on herself she came back. this is a challenge for herself, she’s not seeking external validation
November 16, 2025 at 2:11 AM
2 cont’d-the class mobility is significant in a world of nepotism

3-MMA is a male-dominated sport and even tonight’s fight promo material feature the men fighters more prominently than the fight between Shevchenko and Zhang
November 16, 2025 at 2:02 AM
2-zhang weili came from the province of Hebei, countryside too. she had no background and she came to this all on her own. she worked odd jobs in beijing starting age 17(security, kindergarten teacher, gym front desk). she was injured seriously multiple times, she did not let it end her career
November 16, 2025 at 1:53 AM
Zhang Weili’s fight with Shevchenko is tonight and here’s why she’s culturally significant:

1-she is the first asian woman to win a UFC championship. MMA have roots in Asian fighting styles. w alt right movement in dominating martial arts space, this is significant

i also highly recommend ppl get trained for a martial art for self protection and grounding. it is extremely helpful for mental health to be in touch with your body, empowering to feel in control,it also is a good skill to have. but of course we train for deescalation and restraining not for attack.
November 8, 2025 at 3:07 AM
yesssss taking care of our body is the first step to taking care of our surroundings and everyone around us. even if health conditions prevent/interrupt high-load/regular workout regimes it’s ok, light exercises are good too. this is me post burn-out recovery at training 4x /week, getting back to it
