Deeply recommend getting absolutely brainrotted about a pairing/oc/concept that no one else is making food for so you have to cook for yourself. Not only is making what you want to see deeply rewarding, you will improve and it will not even be on purpose it will just be the inevitable byproduct.
Once again I will always recommend getting totally obsessed with something you want to see more of as motivation for getting good at creative stuff.

Just finished watching Fionna and Cake, and it was pretty good!
I definitely think that Distant Lands was stronger overall, but I really appreciated the more mature themes and subject matters.
Now I'm sad that I don't have more to watch though 😞

Just watched Arcane season 2 episode 1 and woah, a LOT happened 😮
It's so cool to see how differently each character is dealing with hardship, and how the council's resolve weakens over the course of the episode until they go with the nuclear option.
I think not showing Jinx was a smart choice

Measuring the success of a day by whether or not I made a piece of art I'm proud of has led me to dread making art, as if I fail, my day is ruined.
On the other hand, if art isn't the sole purpose of my day it comes so much more naturally.
Be kind to yourself, and don't forget to live 💜
