Cosplay:
It was super nerve wracking for me, but a bucket list itme. Thank you to Meok🐐 for doing my makeup and Lunary for duoing . I quickly realized that I have never practiced like...expressions, poses, mannerisms etc. I got a little deer in the headlights, but it went okay!

This doesn't really apply to anyone else but I booked an airbnb and filled it with 10 people. Our house was so goated. Some of my favorite moments of the entire weekend was sitting at the house bar making awful drinks or in the backyard with my housemates and chatting.

The best part of the convention. This is the standout feature of a vtuber convention. It is a constant parade of meeting mutuals and new people. I probably saw like... 50 moots, and there were a ton more I really really wanted to but couldn't make the timing work.

Programing:
I think it was pretty good. I only went to like 4 panels because I was so busy with other things. Tons of meetups and small events too. The quality of the Artist Vendors was above average for anime cons IMO. I think the industry vendor hall was also really strong.

The Con staff: I have no complaints. Especially for a really young con at a new venue I think they did a great job. I am sure there was plenty of behind the scenes emergencies but I personally never saw anything exploding.

Was perfect 😭 Attendance, vibes, venue all great. I am very shy so pre-game socializing was a great icebreaker for me and I think it made my con experience much smoother. Heard a lot of good feedback from others as well… future tradition? 👀🍉
