Gluten free brownies I made for a family get together. First pic is my own portion (used Reese’s, Ghirardelli peppermint bark, eggnog ice cream, chocolate and caramel syrup, and a spoonful of Coolwhip), second pic is the cooked brownies, and third is the recipe I used. 🍽️

A Burrata plate that has garlic bread crustinis added to it afterwards before being served.

What’s used:
Pesto
Burrata cheese
Mixed greens as a ‘bed’ for the Burrata
Cherry tomatoes
Carrots
Green onion for garnish
Balsamic Reduction

More of a ‘presentation platter’ than a meal.
