You can assume but you could still be very wrong. At that point it's best to take what you've been told by the VA and anything else isn't for us to know.

Sometimes even acknowledging an NDA exists is enough for some employers to cancel contracts (learned from a very different industry to VA).

Truth is, we won't necessarily ever know the "whole" truth and we don't need or have a right too. Unfortunately that's just how life is.

There's also NDAs etc so many things that can't be answered and we have no need let alone right to know.

Of course Sag would like hoyo to join - it's a hugely popular game with high hire rates and a history of not being so great with VAs etc. Again. Not immoral.

We always knew it was 2 separate strikes. I'm sorry if you forgot, but at no point did Sag say Genshin was struck but we knew there was still collective action.

Congrats, some VAs would like it to be union. Thats not a bad or immoral thing. Many are asking for the bare minimum around AI.

Ensuring VA security over things like AI, fair pay etc IS a good reason to support the collective strike.

Some VAs may have wanted to get Genshin unionised. All of them wanted AI protections.

The VAs and Sag did NOT pretend the strikes were the same.

Starting at the same time makes the most sense - doesn't mean it's the same strike when Genshin couldn't be struck by sag.

Hoyo have stayed silent, many VAs are still asking for very basic AI protections/guarantees put into their contracts. The community continues to be the same hell hole as usual.

And have spent months harassing striking/collective action VAs, creating misinformed YT videos stoking the hatred towards a particular couple of VAs, many VAs recieved death threats, insane threats to family (alive and passed on) etc etc.
