I unsuccessfully try to stay out of trouble. I believe in science fact and the Universe is strange and vaster than we think

rain/pebbles

when the pain was bad
i would walk out in the rain
looking for pebbles

in the rare smooth red
i found a moments solace
there i put my pain

I know where you're buried
but I do not go there.

It's burned in my mind,
all of it.

Is it okay I don't bring flowers?

Your last breath haunts me
and when the moon is full
in October, I see your face.

All these years,

is that enough for mourning?

clouds open to stars
full moon sitting in the pond
breeze ripples her face

sunset fiery haze
fear runs before the burning
death haunts Eastern wind

This is the picture above my desk. It was created by the woman who does those genius Godzilla photos and I bought it a while ago. This picture includes my reflected image, from the photo I took. I reminds me of the perpetual state of ideas flowing in and out of my mind. Love her hair.

I've been trying to get a weighted hulahoop to work for me. Today I gave it just a drop of lube (it's plastic, so more than that is not a good idea) and, while I probably need better rhythm, I got it to work! Yeah!

Advantage

In the cold of your shadow
I learned where to find
the opportunity
that leaked like light
around your edges.
I stand barefoot in the snow
waiting the season's rotation
and warmth to return.
In the Summer I will see your face
and the sun will be behind me.
