Yeah, everyone is sort of assuming that if SCOTUS rules against him he'll abide. Why wouldn't he just more or less say "make me"? King musk controls the enforcement leg if the government. SCOTUS can say "that's unconditional" all they want but they have no actual enforcement mechanism.
