Bow to your superior knowledge. Information should be based on empirical facts not speculation. ‘Not known’ is better than ‘Probably or Possibly’. A great challenge however it needs to be dealt with.

If they don’t know don’t say. Many announcements based on speculation and informed guesses. Stick to known facts. Single decision maker for info flow to staff and screens. Make them pay for RTT.
